Customer service ghosted me

I placed an order and submitted my artwork with a lovely off white background. Somehow during printing it defaulted to white, so my banner arrived different than what I had ordered. When I reached out to them, they gave me the run around, telling me another department reached out to me so they were resolving my ticket, but no one had reached out to me (I even checked spam). I waited an entire week for them to do as they said, but I've been left hanging, still waiting for help getting my banner fixed. Banner Buzz has horrible customer service with no integrity to fix their mistakes.

Wish material was higher quality

Easy to navigate website, speedy service - just wish the quality of the material was better. This flag is see through and that presents a challenge when on display.

Pull up banner

I ordered two things. Mouse pads came, fabulous. Pull up banner would not go back into roll up, not happy with that. Have purchased pull up banners for past hotels I worked for and they were great.

Cutouts Banner

I loved that you guys warned me that the initial image resolution i submitted woukd result in a slightly blurry picture, and allowed me to send in a higher resolution image.

Helpful Design Services

I wasn't sure how the layout would work, with uploading 2 files for my logo and company name, but the process was great. They got back to me quickly with a layout, which I commented on, then a 2nd layout which I had to give a couple more tweaks to. The whole process was very quick, and the results are great!
