Free Sample Kit
I was kind of disappointed when I received this sample kit hoping to actually touch and feel the texture and what it looks like something printed on the canvas banner which I was going to order in a large scale. However that product SKU : BBCANB01, was the only one, hopefully, missing product. Other than that, shipping was quite fast and came express, that was impressive. Also other product line was great, steady product lines and their materials they use were looks great and so many to choose for other projects, that will be very helpful.
I wasn't sure what to expect but the sample kit I received was beyond them. Everything I got came clearly labeled and in a size to get a good feel for what I was looking for. Highly recommended and when I need more things for my business, I'll definitely be ordering from here.

I ordered the Free Sample Kit so that my agency could get a better understanding of the products from BannerBuzz. Ordering this kit was just like ordering the products and seeing it shipping/tracking was the same. When I received it, I was amazed at all the products and how the sample kit came.

I've gotten sample kits from companies before but the one from Banner Buzz takes the cake. It helped me choose a better and less expensive product than I would have if it wasn't for the samples. I'm really happy the include banner materials too and not just paper products!

very easy to use and a great selection of styles to choose from.
The sample booklet was a great resource. However, it seemed like an eternity before it arrived.
Our organization recently purchased a customized trade show canopy kit. Turn around time was very quick, the graphics are perfect, and it is a high quality product. We are very pleased with it. The only thing that I found frustrating was I had several customer service reps contacting me, which was a bit confusing, and it appeared some of them did not have a good grasp of the English language.
I have been working with this company for several years and I am very satisfied with their work.

I AM VERY SATIFIED WITH MY ORDER & MY SAMPLE. I HAVE A LOT OF OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM.
Our banner was held up in international customs and arrived late, we did get the shipping reimbursed but lost valuable promotion time. Our 20x40 banner then sliced in half in a heavy wind storm. The weather was a factor, but we've had other banners last longer in the past.

I was sent a confirmation request for my order, in which I uploaded new files (the initial ones were pixelated). Then I updated the files, but they sent me the banner that I did not approve. Can somoene help?
Very nice quality. The only thing was that the table cloth was larger than what I had ordered.
The banners were nice but on the vinyl there were a few bubbles under the surface.
For the money it was nice.

The quality of the printing on the 10'x8' backdrop was fantastic! I did not like the quality of the bamboo roll-up banner. It was broken when it arrived, but Banner Buzz's customer service was excellent and replaced the roll-up banner immediately. Thank you.
