My order was perfect! My cards and flag are beautiful! Just wish I would've ordered the pole with the flag! They resized my image to fit my cards and it couldn't be more perfect! BIg head purchase

The head it self is good but they need to include a stick to hold it with. It is awkward without it.

Pleased new customer

I was very pleased with my very first order with banner buzz. Although getting to a final design was a little rocky the customer service team routed me to the design team, and it was an experience that gave me confidence that they wanted to ensure I was 100% satisfied. There are dozens of companies that can print these type of designs, but to me I value a customer service relationship when they care about their customers more than converting a transaction. I am now set up as a business in their portal and looking for it to working with banner buzz.

Never Again

2nd time using this company. No issues, first time around. This time? Extremely disappointing customer support. Both live agents were unhelpful in all aspects and could not offer any solutions whatsoever. I will not be using Bannerbuzz ever again.

This is the third time I've tried to reach somebody. My banner does not have the pockets that I requested. It only has Velcro on the vertical sides. I paid additionally to have four pockets. EDIT - After posting my review I was reached out to by Banner Buzz with an offer to replace the banner with the options I had requested. They did produce a new one with no questions asked. I only give a 4 star review here because it failed to arrive in time for my important event. Otherwise, I am pleased that they did the right thing. The product is well made and the frame works well
