Disappointment

I was disappointed with my experience with this company. If ordering within the U.S., be aware that you may be billed separately by FedEx for "duty tax". This additional charge came as a surprise and was never disclosed during the ordering process or at checkout. In addition, the overall product quality did not meet expectations. The printing lacked clarity and consistency, and the fabric used for the table runner felt subpar for the price point. Greater transparency regarding shipping charges and improvements in material and print quality would significantly enhance the customer experience.

Did not deliver

Ordered an urgent banner for Christmas. Paid a huge rush fee. Didn't deliver on time (or at all for that matter). They don't tell you it's all printed in India.

Good service, but the banner was low quality

Fast shipping and the image on the banner looks good, but the quality of the stand and the material used for the banner feels cheap and we all agreed that we would be lucky if it lasted beyond 3-4 uses. Our company would have paid more for a better quality product
