Not Impressed
So far I am very unimpressed, the letters are not solid wood, but glued together scraps. And, quite a few of the letters showed up broken. After submitting a formal complaint I have heard nothing back.

The delay in delivery was
The delay in delivery was understandable in present international conditions. The package and contents arrived intact. However, I was disappointed to find that not all of the letters were each cut out of a single piece of wood, but made up of sections of different colours and grains glued together. Also, the edges were not well sanded and the varnish finish was patchy. Because of this it looks like I will have to sand and paint over the letters in order to achieve an acceptable finish, whereas I had hoped for a natural wood look to match other teak timber used in the building.
