This is the second product I have purchased from BannerBuzz- first was a table drape, this time a banner with stand. The process was easy and fast and BannerBuzz staff helped make it so. The product arrived several days earlier than expected and it was PERFECT! The stand and banner arrived in packaging that was well-secured. The banner was already installed in the stand and was in a nice carrying bag. The banner and stand are lightweight and has a nice stable base. I am amazed at the quality of the product for the price! BannerBuzz is now my "place to go" with other promotional items because of their professionalism and great quality products. Thank you BannerBuzz!!

This was a rush order to be delivered to our hotel in Vegas for a trade show. The turnaround on the design was slow. They missed a bunch of copy the first time around and kept pushing my delivery date out until it was too late. All my other orders went real smooth and quick so I was counting on you to come thru. Really gets old trying to communicate with people I cannot understand on the phone. Sometimes I get lucky and get Americans on the phone. But the East Indians are really tough to understand. Great Quality
Ordered 2 roll up banners and loved them both. Wish one had been a deeper green on the artwork more like our brochures but that is something we didn't catch in the reviewing of the proof process. Very pleased and the banners arrived an entire week before they were expected! Great job and will def be using again!

Plus Size up to 5X be in big but it wasn’t so I just approved and let it go and find someone else who can do what I need and try to find a systems for my banner so it will stop falling on the ground, love the color

The designer gave a wonderful and clear/crisp proof. He did amazing on it. However when it arrived, the logo was not clear even though they used the proper file. So Banner Buzz replaced it. Unfortunately, the new signs still were not clear. We can still use them, but whatever printing press they use for this type of sign is not as good as the logos on the other products.

Extremely happy with my entire experience with BannerBuzz. I ordered this stand with printed backdrop, as well as a custom table cover, for a recent trade show. Only had a week to have it in hand and these guys made it happen. They also worked with me over the weekend to adjust my graphic design assets to the specs of this job, with some significant edits. All was included. The backdrop came in a case that I checked on my plane w no issues and set up fairly easily, though a second set of hands are helpful, but not necessary, for a couple of steps.

Great Service
I really like this banner stand! Looks sharp and very professional. My only complaint is that there are no assembly instructions and the stand is NOT intuitive at all. I was afraid I would accidentally break it if I kept trying it myself. I order a lot from different stores and had to dig through my emails to find the link to this specific product, come to its webpage, and look around in hopes the instructions were provided. They were, thankfully.

Received my new banner and stand. The case it came in was defective. The zipper was broken and even the zipper itself was not attached.

The designers at BannerBuzz were very helpful. The product came very quickly. The display turned out great. The only problem was the roller that the display is rolled up on inside the stand was dislodged at one end so I had to get tools and managed to finally pop it into place. The display wouldn't roll out otherwise.

This is exactly what I wanted. The photos on the banner show me working on various pieces of my art. I will use it in my booth at the art shows I participate in.
Sturdy but not overly heavy.
Step and Repeat and the retractable banners we purchased are beautiful. I am concerned about how heavy the step and repeat banner is, and worried that the carrying bag will not hold up to much use. The case on the retractable banner is very sturdy with strong zippers.
This banner is perfect for what I was looking for. The artwork came out very vibrant and pretty! The stand was a bit confusing but I eventually used the example image on this page to figure it out.

We were happy with the speed of delivery and how quick the turnaround was but overall the quality is not that good. The entire thing is wrinkled completely. It looks poor.

The racks better than I thought but two of the bars fused together so I had to use superglue in order to keep the joints together just to screwed them apart. But we can make it work thank you.

We have used Banner Buzz for 5 years to make our Silverstep banners for our church. We bought the hardware once, and replace the banners continually; we order the banners with the Velcro option. Great quality, great price. Orders arrive on time. Very happy.

Panels were slightly smaller than 2x3 and barley fit into my pre existing frame. Im sure they would work great with the bannerbuzz frame.
