Bad wrapping and delivery
Hi I I am not happy at the moment, my order was delivered in cardboard with no weather protection and was delivered when I was not at home and the weather was raining and stormy, so my decals where completely destroyed, and after emailing you guys about it there has been no response and I have to open my shop in Three days time

DO NOT USE
Wrong item, was phoned to say we needed to change the item "so it looked better" found out they just ran out of the material .. I've been left with unusable crappie stickers ... a salute scam, asked for a refund and had no reply

Better hope your order is not damaged
Product came damaged and then the company demands that you send a video showing you installing it and how it is not working out. Who has time to do this?!? As a small business owner like most of you reading this are that request seems crazy. Sent pics clearly showing the damage but that was not enough. Customer service creating the product is amazing but customer service handling damaged product is terrible.

Having never ordered a decal
Having never ordered a decal before, let-alone designed one online, I found the website and design tool straightforward. Lead time was acceptable. Packaged well and with application tool provided; nice touch. Instructions on how to apply (hints & tips), for novices like me, would be a useful addition. Pleased overall.

Exactly what I required
Great product. Communication was good but I did get a contact in the early hours of the morning which wasn't ideal due to the time difference where the product was processed but overall very good. A delay in delivery but I will put that down to the Christmas period and the postal strikes.

Printer frosted decals review
Quality of decals really good. Very difficult to get on the windows without air bubbles. Can I suggest you send instructions with the decals when you ship them to customers.

After the confusion about price..
After the confusion about price.. when the item arrived I was surprised at the item and how good it looked….. But ….. When it came to putting it on the window, it took two of us to try. We tried the way it was instructed… but there was so many air bubbles. However hard myself & my boss tried to get them out it was no good, and we had to take the logo down. Disappointed we are not able to use it.

Not impressed
I spent hours designing and adjusting my decal to be exactly what I wanted, and when I submitted it for printing a "design expert" changed everything. They changed spacing in my text and moved my artwork around. After multiple attempts to contact the company, they finally put it back how I had it originally. All should have been well, except when they printed it, something moved, or the layers didn't align, or something, so the whole thing is blurry. Since I was not hoping for a double vision effect, I'm not impressed.

Really poor i asked for frosted but it came a block white. They made mistakes with wording and numbers and when i emailed them they didn’t reply
