The request did not come correctly.
Super expensive and they sent me a wrong size and product charged me whooping 256 dollars and now struggling to get refund. Will not recommend them at all also launching complaint to consumer protection agency as it appears they are operating from somewhere else and not providing the care customers needed also might be fake products.
Customer service was slow to respond. Product failed us -- it was very difficult to apply, notwithstanding instructions and tools provided. We ended up having to throw it out.
Didn’t receive the proper size

I sent an email last week informing you that I had received damaged goods – see below. But since I hadn’t heard back, I thought I might try to make it work.
But unfortunately, the sides of the foils are so damaged that they blister, bubble and bulge and therefore don’t adhere to the windows.
However, to my immeasurable amazement, things got even worse. I tried installing at least the two small foils, but the measurements were wrong.
Please see below the measurements I provided when I made the order, followed by the actual dimensions of the foils I received. (I once again attached some photos.)
Measurements:
Provided: 155 mm x 1372 mm - Received: 153 mm x 1368 mm (3 mm x 4 mm out)
Provided: 155 mm x 730 mm - Received: 153 mm x 723 mm (3 mm x 7! mm out)
Astonished, I proceeded to check two of the large ones and found the bigger the foils the greater the discrepancies.
Measurements:
Provided: 693 mm x 620 mm Received: 690 mm x 616 mm (3 mm x 4 mm out)
Provided: 693 mm x 1260 mm Received: 690 mm x 1250 mm (3 mm x 10! mm out)
The length of the largest foil is out by 10 millimetres, a whole centimetre! How is this even possible? Do blind people cut them?
The likelihood of them fitting is like tossing a pebble in a pond expecting to hit the right eye of a tropical goldfish! What a waste of time.
I needed them by the weekend, and I'm sure I will get no replacement by then. But since your suppliers can neither pack, measure nor cut, it is probably just as well.
It might be a good idea to explain to them the importance of quality standards, even basic ones.
But in all seriousness, I have never experienced such terrible quality across the board.
I wish you would reimburse me for the time I wasted only to receive a pointless and damaged product, followed by the time-consuming writing of emails explaining the fact.
But I'd appreciate it if you refunded the money I did spend, because either way, the product is unusable. Thank you.

I ordered some decals (Order ID: NZ275670741653452361 Placed on 16:19 pm,25th May,2022) which I received a couple of days ago.
The first thing I noticed was the content sliding around inside, and when I opened the tube, I found the enclosed foil damaged.
The tube is around 60 mm longer than the contained decal, and no padding has been added to prevent any shifting inside. The result is that either side of the roll is severely damaged and entirely unusable.
It’s difficult to see how this could have been an oversight since it is the business of Caterpillar Signs to produce and ship these foils, and as the goods are sent 13,000 km around the globe, one would expect that the package handling at various airports would have been considered.
And trimming 5 mm on either side is out of the question as it would make it too small to fit the window it was measured for.
It's a little disappointing because this has been my first order.
I took some photographs and attached them as a PDF for you to see.
Could you please get back to me and advise on how to move forward?
