Unhelpful customer service!
Customer service is very poor! I found them very unhelpful indeed. I paid for express delivery but my item sadly didn't arrive on time or indeed in time for my event. When it hadn't arrived I firstly tried the online chat but it just kept telling me that my order was on its way which wasn't helpful. I spoke to the customer service and they wouldn't help in the fact that I'd paid an additional £25 for express postage and it hadn't arrived. My event came and went and the flag finally arrived 2 days after my event had taken place.

I tried to order a
I tried to order a Pre-Printed Feather Flag reading "WELCOME". As a first-timer to the website and the first time I have ever ordered a Feather Flag I made the mistaken assumption that the flag came complete with poles and the base as it would be useless without them. I also wanted it double-sided. It was not completely clear what I needed to order so I went to the chat box where I was speaking to Sherlee. I asked if I could confirm with her that I had ordered what I wanted correctly, but was told that she didn't have access to my shopping cart for to security reasons. I had no choice but to place the order and hope for the best. When the package arrived and I unpacked it I was astounded to find the poles and the spike base, BUT NO FLAG! In addition, I had ordered the 2310mm size and the poles provided were 3500mm. I went into the website and into the chat box to report this on Monday 17th July 2023 and was directed to Ritu. He told me that my order had been for the hardware only and not the flag. I commented that the ordering process was deceptive and explained each step of the order I placed. I also informed Ritu that the poles I received were much bigger than I ordered and sent photos of them to prove it. I asked what they would do about this and was told, "...the feedback team... will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours." Today is Saturday 22nd July and I have still not heard from the feedback team. The process has been a stuff-up from the start.

Very misleading website - I
Very misleading website - I thought I was buying a preprinted feather flag and it turns out I was only buying the hardware. Extremely difficult website to navigate. Quick delivery - fortunately as I can now order what I need.

Go somewhere else
Horrible experience. Was shipped the wrong product and told they would not correct their mistake. I ordered 2 NOW OPEN flags and received 1 flag for a car and another for an OctoberFest. I plan to dispute with my cc company because I've gotten nowhere with the company. Take your business elsewhere where they care about the customer.

A MOST aggravating purchase...paid $400
A MOST aggravating purchase...paid $400 plus dollars for product to be rushed shipped. I was supposed to get a discount for first time purchase and advised I would get a steeper discount for ordering quantity. Ordered the larger quantity, did NOT receive ANY discount whatsoever...díd not receive product on the date of rush shipment. Kept on hold not once, not twice, but three times for more than a hour to be disconnect by a recording that says we are sorry there’s no one to take you call after waiting in a number cue all three times. To date I have sent two emails to customer service and just receive a response that says my email has been forwarded to customer service. Are the lights on and is anyone home???
