Pole is a supportive hardware that is used to display flags. It can be used multiple times with different flag designs. The carbon composite fiber glass pole can withstand harsh weather conditions.
- Polyester, nylon or other synthetic fabrics are normally safe to wash in a machine.
- Set the washing machine on the gentle cycle with warm water.
- Add mild liquid laundry detergent to the wash water.
- You can also hand wash the flag with a mild liquid detergent made for delicate items. Frequent use of washing machine for cleaning flag may harm knitting of the fabric.

Absolutely disgusted at how bad
Absolutely disgusted at how bad this has been, I have emailed my complaint and yet with no response. Telling me I had no order but to reorder when you have already got the money from the 1st order. Then the sewing on the side of the flag binding, it is cut jaggedly and looks terrible. Plus you are advertising a .co.nz website but are not based in NZ. Misleading advertising.

Still waiting for the pole to put the banner on

Mixed points of view
The product was exactly as I had specified. Unfortunately it was required for an event on a specific date and the promised delivery date was not met thus rendering the order useless. However the problem was immediately acknowledged and a full refund made. All that reflects well on the company. What does not is the virtual customer interface. It was hard to input on the screen as an annoying box offereing help from 'Tim' kept appearing unrequested and unneeded. Worse still is the recorded message system: a series of pieces of information recited over and over again without relief in a harsh grating American accent. I surrendered and put the phone down, continuing my exchange by email.

Dystonia Awareness Flag
I would love to thank you. I just received my Dystonia Awareness Flag today and I am extremely happy. I am likely the only person in Canada with one but I would love to be able to provide this flag to the 50,000+ patients of Dystonia. The reason I ordered this flag is because September is Dystonia Awareness Month and I am an Ambassador and Area Contact for the disorder. I have struggled with this disorder since 1999 so being able to help raise awareness by prominently displaying my new flag is something I am very happy about. Our local Mayor has recently declared September awareness month here in our municipality and asked if I had a flag he could raise but I wasn't quick enough to think of ordering a flag. Long story short, thank you and if I could change one thing it would be to have the logo facing the same way on both sides but I'm sure that would greatly increase your costs and pricing. If I have other patients who want to order is there a way to make it easy for them? Can they quote my order number in order to get the same product?
