Thin
The color and design are perfect, but the material is incredibly thin and I doubt it will last a whole summer on the beach.

Very good products but delivery was extremely late
Love the product once it arrived but I paid for expeditated shipping it that did not happen. I received the items 4 days after I needed them and it pretty much turned into a waste. The company has yet to respond to my email for reimbursement of the shipping, which is an issue.

They got the job done and got me a flag
The quality of the flag is not as good it's not stitched at the edges so the flag blows up when the wind hits it and the fabric isn't a good fabric that's used like the American flags that we see but it is waterproof and the 3x5 is very big so reconsider a small one if it's for a small area.

Flawless start to finish
Couldn't be happier with my order from Banner buzz. I was going to an event and needed a custom flag made ASAP, but none of my local print shops could have it ready within 48 hrs. Banner buzz with its 1-day turnaround shipping option absolutely saved my butt! The flag printed great and I was surprised to find that it has a sunlight-blocking middle layer to prevent the light from shining through the reverse-side print. This thing can definitely survive outside too, it feel super durable. I don't have a single bad thing to say, thanks a ton!

Flag is great, ordering it leaves much to be desired.
You had better be real certain that there is no difficulty to show color when ordering. What you think is red, they perceive it to be orange. If you sign off on the sample image they offer, that's it. They will NOT help you in any way. If you send in high quality artwork, you don't get to see that your file is good on your end. If you then send them a low-rez PDF file, you can see it before you submit, but they then call it low quality art and tell you later that they had to recreate the art, as if they're doing you some great favor. You can't win. So, be DARN sure you know what you're doing before you hit submit because you're on your own. Customer service goes right out the window after you "approve" of their online sample image.
