Single Sided Printing
The standard single-sided printing option prints on one side, with white on the front and gray on the back. Available with 11 oz graphic weight, the single-sided banners are printed using eco-solvent printing technique at a high resolution of 720 DPI.
Double Sided Printing
Design your graphics with two-sided printing for multi-directional marketing opportunities. The double-sided banners are available with 13 oz graphic weight. We use UV printing at 600 DPI for double-sided printing.
Finishing Options
Wind Flaps
Specifically created for areas that experience high winds, these half-cut circles allow wind to pass through your banner. This puts less stress on the material and adds longevity to your banner.
Lamination
Adds vibrancy to your colors while providing enhanced durability, superior color protection, abrasion & chemical resistance. Our liquid lamination increases the longevity of your banner by up to two years without sacrificing your vinyl’s flexibility. Lamination will not be available on overnight orders.
Upgrade to Premium (16 Oz with UV Print)
16 Oz material is more durable and heavier compared to 11 Oz. It will add strength and life to your banner. The upgraded 16 oz variant comes with full-color eco-friendly UV printing with LED curing at 600 DPI (Dots per inch). It is recommended for outdoor use, best color match, clarity and longer print life.
Hanging Options
Pole Pockets
A pole pocket is a pole sleeve where a pole or a rod can slide into. It is created by folding and sealing approx. 3" extra material outside the actual banner size towards the back of the banner. You can choose the position of pole pockets at the top & bottom, left & right or only at the top of the banner as per your requirements.
Metal Grommets
Made from heavy duty brass, these rustproof grommets are set in place onto a punched hole creating a secure and strong edge. Use them in conjunction with a rope, ties, bungee cords, or other tie-down options.
Ultra-Strong Adhesive Tabs
Made of a high strength composite film, ultra-strong adhesive tabs turn any digital image into a banner in minutes. They add a more effective visual interest as they blend into the banner.
Accessories
Bungees
Made of sturdy polypropylene material, the 8 mm thick bungees have plastic coated high tensile steel hooks. It is available in black color. Carefully determine the distance between the banner and the surface it is to be attached to (e.g., pole, etc.) and accordingly select the length of the bungees.
Skyhooks
Made from durable plastic material that is removable and reusable. Skyhooks are white in color with a 2.6” cup diameter and come with a simple stud & knob system for fastening.
Pole Brackets
Bigger banners require large poles and mounting brackets made from durable materials. Measure banners before ordering hardware to ensure proper size. Maximum banner width for pole brackets is 30”.
Zip Ties
Zip ties are durable and inexpensive. These items work best for securing banners along chain link fences.
Nylon Ropes
Pass one length of the rope through all the grommets on the upper edge and the other length through all the grommets on the lower edge. Next, knot the banner ropes to poles or posts.
Banner Clips
These are quick and easy to clip on. Place them on the corners of your banner and clip them closed. These clips are included with business or event banners and come in white color. The 5 cm X 3.5 cm clips come with 8-10 cm long pre-installed elastic. These are a quick and easy grommet replacement.
Wall Brackets
Attract more customers with wall-mounted banner installations. Long-lasting wall brackets are powder-coated to protect them from the elements. The maximum width of the banner is 30” for banner wall brackets.
Hanging Clamp Bar
This includes top & bottom clamp bars, 2 wall roof brackets, 4 side end caps, 2 3ft long aluminum wire hanging strings, and ceiling hooks.
