i needed to print a design out onto a flag for an art project for my university, and i was worried that my image would lose its quality, but it didnt! and the QR code that i had on it still works- that was the most important part.

We were looking for a flag to celebrate our group of friends camping together for 5 years. Something we can stake at every future site. For the price, I was expecting lower quality. I can say that was was both shocked and surprised at the quality I got. It is thicker than most flags, but it's quality says I should have paid more. And to be fair, I got the double printed. I highly recommend it.

Template waa hard to find and lack of a proper preview option made it a bit dicey. But it was a good price for getting a new flag within two weeks.

The design process was OK. Still after calling received the same proofs. It was difficult to approve the proofs for the flags because when you open the file the logo was entrenched in a black backdrop. Hard to tell the size and location of the logo on the flag. Item was supposed to be here yesterday. Item is in Japan still not sure when I'm going to receive. will update once item is received on qualityof product
The quality of the custom vinyl banner and flags were perfect, exactly what I needed. The prices are also much more affordable than other companies I've used in the past - will definitely use BannerBuzz in the future!
Good thick material. Ordered a white flag with black design. Was worried about it showing through. Design is clearly shown on both sides with out any bleed through. I searched many sites to find the lowest price. It was a wise choice.
Final job well done except for the grommets being on the long length side. Grommets should have been on short left side. I changed the design fro 2 by 3 ft to 3 by 4 ft and had issues trying to determine design update changes. It was confusing since the billing reflected both designs and was no way to delete the unwanted design. However, after several emails I was able to see a credit in the billing for the 2 by design. Would like to review the designs that were ordered but don’t know how since they do not show up in “my designs” Also would like to review my instructions on the design nut don’t see any location to review past order layout design criteria.
The Flags are absolutely beautiful and came quicker than expected. We are excited to use them this weekend for a tradeshow we are exhibiting at.

My Feather Flag came 2 days earlier than I anticipated and that was fantastic. The print itself looks wonderful, just like how it looked on the print. the set up is SUPER easy, even though it does not come with instructions, it's pretty self explanatory. So very happy with my purchase. I got the water bag and it was a VERY windy day out and it did not tip over once!

The printing and the fabric I feel could have been produced in higher quality. I'm glad they tailored my design to make it look better. The status page was off, it didn't update after "In production", but I'm glad I got my product sooner than expected.

The flag I got for my business is just as described and the price was right. A good purchase.
The quality was perfect and it shipped quickly. I wish I would’ve realized it wasn’t the size of a normal porch flag, but that was my fault for not looking at the dimensions. They took their time to ensure I submitted a photo that wouldn’t be blurry, so that I wasn’t unhappy with the product. Great customer service and care.

We had a young niece pass away, and about a week before the memorial service we got the idea to have her grandparents, aunts, and uncles show up with a certain banner image to show support for her family. I put in an order late on a Saturday for dinner car flags, and they had a proof ready by the wee hours of the next morning. I even responded with a question and a request to modify the proof, and they had it fixed up for me within an hour. They promised the flags would arrive by Friday (premium shipping), but they actually arrived a day early and were perfect for what we were looking for. Very grateful, and we're keeping BannerBuzz in mind for any similar (hopefully happier) needs in the future. Thank you!

The process was easy and quick. Final product was excellent and exactly what we needed.
Unless I am unsure of how to navigate the website, but every time I go to check the order, I need the order number. Which to a certain extent I understand, but if it is my log in that is used to order the flag, then why do I need the order number to look up purchases. The best example I can think of is how you can check your orders on Amazon by having that option through your account. If you make more than one order then it could be organized on there, instead of having to look up the account number every time via email. Its not hard I just do not understand why there are two extra steps when everything is done with one account.

I recommend Banner Buzz. I was a bit skeptical as their prices were lower than competitors but they had their own QA team work on my creative to make sure when it was blown up into a flag it was not blurry or distorted. Came out great, and arrived early for a good price.

I ordered these for a High School cheerleading team's National competition and they were perfect! Not only is their price unbeatable, but these are amazing quality flags! Shipping was kind of a nightmare to deal with as they came from DHL and they lost them at one point, but this company is overall wonderful!
