Great eye-catching item

The fact that I kept
The fact that I kept getting errors when I went to upload the artwork, and the checkout process kept throwing errors, should have been a red flag. The cut lines on the artwork were not followed. Customer service keeps brushing it off, or not replying, now I have to file a chargeback with my credit card.

I'm very disappointed in my purchases, Nothing turned out as i wanted?? My decals should have been "MATTE" NOT GLOSSY??? My French Lettering was supposed to be "Gold" not Yellow with a Clear Background Not White ?? :woman-shrugging::woman-shrugging: I have dealt with bannerbuzz in the past, never had a problem :pensive::pensive::pensive:

Decals melted off the wall
Unfortunately while the decals looked great and were exactly as ordered. The colours were fantastic, They did not last more than 24 hours on the wall. The walls had been freshly painted about 4 weeks ago so we’re clean and even had a wipe down the the day prior to having the stickers placed. The entire decal had peeled and fallen off the wall when we return to our shop. Both of them. Very disappointing

The language barrier is an
The language barrier is an issue. Two of the signs were made wrong and when I asked about getting one of them remade, I got no response at all. I'm still trying to get this issue resolved. Will never recommend this company or use them again.
