If zero stars were an option, I would select it. customer service’s response: “The mask will fit depending on the structure of the person face too.” I had more than one person try on a mask & all of them experienced the same gaps in the mask. BannerBuzz should not advertise these as masks because it doesn’t wrap around your face. It’s just a flat piece of fabric. Don’t waste your money like I did. Customer service offered me a percentage of store credit. In the end, BB wasted my money. BannerBuzz should consider offering samples of the “promotional face mask”. This would alleviate people from wasting money. I am really dissatisfied with the “face mask”. Customer service quickly responds.
