Thought it comes with the hardware but only the vinyl print. Be careful when you buy it. Awesome quality and patient staffs though!!

I had a great experience working with Banner Buzz and their team that verifies quality printed images. I had uploaded several non high resolution photos and they were on top of it, letting me know about the problems and how they would not recommend using those images. Once we got the right resolution images in their, they expedited my shipping so I would receive my order in time. The end result was phenomenal. Incredible high quality printing, product, and turn out! Thank you to the entire team for helping me along the way to get this wrapped up! Will definitely order another one down the road!

We have used a already purchased adjustable stand and only got printed the banner. The stand size was given when placed the order however the banner was too long touching and folding on the floor. we had to fold it back.

The Graphics I submitted came out perfectly, centered, clear, and the physical posters themselves were in great, unbent condition. I do suggest that the ordering of the frame part be more clear: initially included in the price of purchasing the graphic posters. I was unaware that I had to make a special selection to get the frames. Kind of a sneaky set up. Other than that, excellent!

Quality work, takes a little time to get (2-3 weeks) but faster than what they promised and the quality is EXCELLENT. This is the second product I have purchased from BannerBuzz- first was a table drape, this time a banner with stand. The process was easy and fast and BannerBuzz staff helped make it so. This was a rush order to be delivered to our hotel in Vegas for a trade show. The turnaround on the design was slow. They missed a bunch of copy the first time around and kept pushing my delivery date out until it was too late. All my other orders went real smooth and quick so I was counting on you to come thru. Really gets old trying to communicate with people I cannot understand on the phone. Sometimes I get lucky and get Americans on the phone. But the East Indians are really tough to understand. Ordered 2 roll up banners and loved them both. Wish one had been a deeper green on the artwork more like our brochures but that is something we didn't catch in the reviewing of the proof process. I havent yet received the actual signicades (order was scheduled to be delivered before 1/3, so I am not concerned yet), but I have received the artwork that goes with the signicade, and it is great, meets all requirements

I thought I was buying the WHOLE KIT (stand and letters) based on the title of the listing and the photos with the listing. YOU HAVE TO CLICK ANOTHER BOX TO ADD THE STAND ON. And, the stand is over $200 by itself. It's a bait and switch tactic. TERRIBLE! Then the company won't let you return the letters. AWFUL! Don't fall for it like I did.
So far everything is great. Arrived ahead of schedule.
At first I thought that the print was too brownish as it was significantly darker than the media I submitted and the proof as well. I actually assembled it all to take a few pictures to submit with a replacement request. However, when I looked at the backdrop through my phone's camera, it was exactly as the original media. I did not check if it's the same when using my video camera, but I don't see why it wouldn't still be good. If not, I'll email you.
The 10' x 8' stand is okay but from an engineering perspective it could be better. However, I guess when taking the price into account, it's pretty good.

The designer gave a wonderful and clear/crisp proof. He did amazing on it. However when it arrived, the logo was not clear even though they used the proper file. So Banner Buzz replaced it. Unfortunately, the new signs still were not clear. We can still use them, but whatever printing press they use for this type of sign is not as good as the logos on the other products.
