Colour transfer was great -
Colour transfer was great - super rich, just exactly like the image I provided. The mat is only 10mm thick, so don't expect something luxe. It says non-slip backing, and we tested it out on a wood floor - seems to hold up well. Feels a bit more like a bath mat than something that I'd use as an entry hall way, but it hasn't had a lot of use yet, so I will see how it wears. Quick process from order to receipt. It is for use in a trade show booth, so I'm not looking at longevity for this. All I need it to do is get someone's attention, and I think it will do that nicely.

Beautiful Quality Print... Just not what I was expecting
I ordered this to go inside my business, and the print quality is beautiful. Ultimately, the quality of the material itself I am not really impressed with. It's partially my fault for not reading the description better. For the price I thought it would be a little thicker. It came rolled in a tube, so I currently have it laid out trying to get it to lay flat. I can't say that I would order it again, but I will use it. It is a lot like a fleece blanket, just a little thicker.

Return hassle!
I ordered this floor mat for commercial use & when it arrived it looked like a cheap bath mat. I tried to return through the site but that is not available. I asked on chat to please refund or issue an RMA or a code or instructions for a return on this item. I was told I had to email feedback@bannerbuzz.com & I would get a response in 24 - 48 hrs. I did do that 5 days ago and no response. Why is so difficult to make a return?

First of all I had ordered a commercial grade mat and it is a residential bat mat! Also the stitching is terrible and is all coming apart! Terrible quality and I’ll not order from here again. Also I’ve tried to unsubscribe 2x but am still being spammed in my inbox. Don’t reccomend.

Disappointed
I expected the mat to be carpet, but it’s literally a bath mat. Unfortunately it was jammed into a small tube for shipping and arrived with fold marks all over it which have not smoothed out. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this as a professional business mat at all.

Horrible
Very strange material, definitely not a floor mat. One side is like a cheap blanket, the other side like a bottom of a doc bed with light grip. Can’t wipe your feet on it, it’s more like a bath mat.

Poor Quality/Bad Customer Service
Worst quality products and customer service was equally unhelpful. Quality of my order was very bad and not as described. I ordered indoor mats for retail use and got fuzzy bath mats. If you order something and it’s not what you expected, don’t expect anything to be done about it. Zero customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Will never use this company again.
