Works well, but not very bright

The sign looks good and was easy to set up, but I found the brightness a little lower than expected. It works fine for smaller spaces, but I was hoping for a more visible glow from a distance. It’s still functional, just not as attention-grabbing as I had hoped.

Good, but not waterproof

The design and quality seem fine, and it lights up well. I planned to use it outdoors, but realized it isn’t waterproof by default you have to select that option separately. It’s a good product, but I wish that was made clearer while ordering. Works great indoors though.

Okay for indoor use

I like the look of this sign, but it’s better suited for indoor use. It doesn’t feel rugged enough for constant outdoor exposure. Installation was very easy and the brightness control is helpful. It just didn’t quite meet my expectations for a storefront sign that’s visible from afar.

Gets the job done

The neon sign does what it’s supposed to do it lights up and says "Open 24 Hours." Setup was a breeze and I like the remote control feature. But it doesn’t feel as premium as I thought it would based on the photos. Overall, it’s okay but not outstanding.

Basic but useful

This sign is pretty basic but does the job. It adds visibility to my store during evening hours. I like that the brightness is adjustable, but I expected a bit more in terms of build quality. It's decent for what it costs, just don’t expect anything too fancy.

Slightly underwhelming

The design is clean and setup was simple, which I appreciated. But I found the color not as vibrant as I expected. It’s a fine sign for low-light areas but didn’t stand out much in daylight through my store window. I might still keep it for indoor decor.

Bright and eye-catching

I installed this in my café window and it really does catch people’s attention. The glow is just right, and I love the remote dimmer. It’s not overly large but does the job well. Overall, it’s a great value for the visibility it brings during night hours.

Looks great in my shop

This neon sign looks stylish and really stands out. I used the cut-to-shape backboard and it gives a nice modern touch. Setup was simple and the cable length was sufficient. I just wish the cord was a little less visible in daylight. Still, happy with the overall look.

Nice for late-night hours

I run a late-night convenience store, and this has been a helpful addition. The glow is steady and it adds a professional look to the storefront. It could have been a bit brighter, but I appreciate the energy efficiency and remote functionality. Easy to install and maintain too.

Sturdy and reliable sign

This sign feels well-made and solid. I’ve had it up for a few weeks now, and it’s working perfectly. The brightness settings help a lot depending on the time of day. Would have loved a few more color options, but it’s a great purchase overall.

Works perfectly indoors

Good brightness and design

Excellent value overall

I wasn’t sure at first, but I’m happy with the quality. The material is durable, the light is vivid, and it was ready to use in minutes. I deducted a star only because it didn’t come with wall anchors, but otherwise it’s a great product.

Impressive display quality

The display is vibrant and works great during darker hours. It gives off a soft but attention-grabbing glow. The acrylic backboard adds to the aesthetic. My only wish is that it came with better packaging to protect the corners during delivery. Still, it looks great now that it’s up.

Makes a big difference

Once I hung the sign, I noticed more people glancing at the store in the evenings. It’s well-made and feels durable. Adjusting the light level with the remote is easy and quick. If the cable was a bit more discreet, I’d give it a full five stars.

Helpful for late-night shifts

This sign has been great for our 24/7 pharmacy. It gives customers clear visibility of our open status even late at night. Remote control works smoothly and brightness is adjustable to our liking. Could be slightly bigger, but it still serves its purpose very well.

Looks premium, easy install

Very easy to put up and looks far better than a traditional “Open” sign. The glow is warm and inviting. The materials used feel strong and long-lasting. One suggestion would be to include different plug adapters together, instead of region-specific only. Still, very pleased with this purchase.
