You do not speak directly
You do not speak directly with any graphic support - if there are any issues with graphic significant delays happen which may cause you to miss deadlines.
Overall if there are issues it is very hard to resolve. I had to eventually cancel the order and did get a full refund. I then used a local print shop which was effortless.
Spent over 4 days trying to work with this team but unfortunately had to cut my losses and print locally.

USELESS & INCOMPETENT
You are kidding me, the service is a joke, all foreign call center staff, no one knows what the other teams are doing. my Curved wall was broken when arrived and has still not been resolved! had to send photos & video even though i sent a photo on receiving it on the actual day! then to add insult to injury, they sent someone elses banners, i sent a photo of it to them, but days later they asked for a photo again!, now i have NO banners & NO curved wall for our advertisements for our first hosting of a competition. NEVER ORDER FROM BANNER BUZZ AGAIN! im off to small claims
