Text size is smaller than you expect. Excellent customer service.
Customer service was great. The product however, could be better. The text is so much smaller than I expected it would be and they are more difficult to read than they should be. It was nice to have something on hand when I needed it and they were a better price than most.

BannerBuzz attempts to communicate via
BannerBuzz attempts to communicate via emails & phone calls. They are very kind in their correspondence. There is a difficulty in getting proofs & images sent via email to be applied to your account page for visibility. Often what is communicated in emails is different than older images/proofs on your account page. So you may be communicating about an image you emailed them while the image on the account page is older or still not substituted out and replaced with the newer image. This leads to confusion as you are verbally communicating about image A on the email while their still have the older image B on your account page.
