I ordered with them for the first time and highly recommend them ! Their customer service is really good, and their live chat is really helpful too. I choose the option of getting them to show me the final product before printing them (I needed to print bookmarks that I designed) and the design wasn’t fitting the way I wanted and they listened to what I was after and made it work. Also, I paid for the express printing and shipping but because of COVID-19 everything got delayed so they kindly refunded me the express shipping I paid for with a standard one so I really appreciated this gesture. Will definitely order with them in the future!

I used a template for my tag which was to become a wine bottle hang tag for our guests. The process was easy and I had a couple of opportunities to review and approve the tag before it was printed. My order was delivered in BC within a week. Good value too!

banner buzz not only gives the competitive pricing but competitive quality of product! the only thing that shocked me was there was a cover page before the note pad paper began and the cover page was just a thicker gloss coated version of the pages. It was a nice feature but I wish they highlighted that in the description so when we ordered we knew, I thought I received the wrong order when I first opened the box.

The customer service team were quick and helpful. Most companies had lead times of months due to the coronavirus, but this company was quick and efficient. I am giving it 4 starts instead of 5 only due to the quality of the lanyards were a bit cheap and looked as though the print had bled a bit. They aren't terrible, but not as nice as others we have ordered. Will definitely consider ordering other promo items from BannerBuzz in the future! Thank you!

My only issue with my mugs is that I had expected the image would has been larger, more discernible. There is only so much space on a mug, I guess. Great company to deal with, however.
Very impressed we could choose colour from colour number to ensure it matches our branding. Also impressed the clarity of the logo is good - this comes from being printed into the fabric weeve itself, NOT a plastic printed on top which could easily peel off with fine detail.

Everything was great from the beginning. The only issue (and that's the reason I give 4 stars), is that one of the products I ordered (a mug) had the art slightly bent. It is not a major issue, I would repeat buying from you (in fact, I have to do it soon), but just to keep that in mind. Good experience anyway.

The product came through excellently from what I can tell--- I haven't inspected everything yet--- but the production time and shipping takes wayyy too long. It took me like 3 weeks to get my product. Will probably use again, but meanwhile, searching for similar quality and faster production/ shipping times.

I designed a double sided bookmark to support the launch of my book and the coming sequel. Designing it with the online software was easy and the delivered product was perfect. Fully met my expectations.
Ultra quick service and great price. My one reservation is that you use imperial measurements rather than metric which most designers use and as a consequence my design looks slightly odd.
I loved the way the picture turned out. The size was smaller than I had expected. I suppose that I should have known how big they would be, if I had checked. Anyway, the finished product is very attractive.
I am quite happy with my new bookmarks. The only reason I didn't rate it a full five stars was because there was about a dozen of the 250 bookmarks where the back ground colour did not come right to the edge of the book mark. There was a white line. Otherwise, I am happy with them.

Really thin pertaining to width and I could not get logo on them but the good thing is the production team advise me before printing that the logo image would not work and I really appreciated that. They have a really great team!
