The only complaint that I have is with the shipping. My package went all the way to Dubai!! It got held up in customs and arrived a week late. You can tell they opened it because the top was taped. I don't who to blame about that; I guess it would be FedEx. However, we loved the banner!!!

The banner turned out great! It was perfect for my niece, who graduated college. Her ceremony was cancelled so decorating her yard and a drive by parade was a greats surprise and made her feel special. The banner was the icing in the cake. Pros- Quality, good customer service, fast shipping and delivery. Cons- no email about the banner proof and acceptance. You have to sign in to your account daily for status almost caused a delay in shipping. Design team never called me back to answer a question on resolution. Only person you can contact is customer service who relay your messages. Some agents were more helpful than others. Difficulty keeping the banner from sagging in middle with the banner poles (poles purchased from different vendor) Overall I‘m satisfied and would recommend BannerBuzz!

The banner itself was beautiful: high quality material, great printing, excellent colors & accuracy. The only problem was the shipping. I needed the banner for a graduation. When ordering on the website it said delivery for "Tuesday", the confirming email actually said "Wednesday", then the shipping email said "Thursday", which was then changed to "Friday". Meanwhile, the website still announced in all caps "WE ARE SHIPPING ON TIME" which was not true.

I am very happy with the banner however it's arrival time was not as stated. Sadly it didn't arrive until the 20th and it was needed on the 19th. The item was promised arrival on the 18th.

Banner looks great, I like the placement of the grommets. But I paid extra to have it delivered by a certain date, and they missed that by FIVE DAYS. If I had known it was gong to be so slow, I would have ordered from another company. I feel like they deceived me in order to get me to order.

The decals were nice to look at. Got them quickly. Communication was great when producing the product. The large decal was messed up when putting on our trailer. The squeegee put a mark on the smaller decals when putting them on. And yes we had the squeegee the right way.

Things were a little slower than I expected probably due to current events. Problem was when received banner had some crinkles and one area in corner had some small streaks where ink coverage was off.

The quality of the banners were very nice, however, I paid extra money for the banners to ship quickly and they still arrived 4 days later that I was promised. When I contacted the company to share my disappointment they refunded me half the cost of shipping.
