Terrible customer service. I ordered
Terrible customer service. I ordered a backdrop for an event two weeks ago and they sent the incorrect size hardware to hang the banner. I called them immediately to ask for the replacement and they told me I would have to email the customer care team with photos. I then had to wait a couple of days for their response which was 'please send us some photos' which I already had! AND it's been two weeks and heard nothing. I spent £2,000 on this product and they couldn't care less to put it right. I have emailed and asked for a refund.

CROOKS, SCAMMERS, BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
Worst customer experience ever. Paid $1200 for a banner to be printed in navy blue and they sent a light baby blue, wouldnt issue a refund or even a replacement. This is one of several issues. I feel like I just got scammed, never been treated like this by a company before. CROOKS, SCAMMERS, BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
