This product was not what I thought it was. When I attempted to return it the company would not. This is clearly not a custom product and therefore there should be no reason to not accept a return. I will never use this company again.

AMAZING company, the graphics are Very High quality & Exactly what I was hoping for, crisp detailed images that Will grab attention. I'm in the reptile business & while everyone else in the industry has "roll up" vertical signs I Literally have a "snake" stand that looks like a snake posturing up or "periscoping" to get a better view, talk about STANDING OUT in a crowded room. The aluminum S shape stand is very light weight & easy to assemble. The strength fabric is Good quality, has a modern design & looks Great. Very quick proof designing & turnaround. I Couldn't believe the quality of craftsmanship, with That type of turnaround, and the Amazing customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this company & be Sure to do business with them again, A++

Like the post says I thought I ordered a custom METAL A-FRAME banner, but only got the printed plastic sign. No metal A-Frame. They should remove "Metal A Frame" from the description. I thought I was ordering a 2'x3' custom-printed metal A frame sign for our HOA. Seems to get the metal A frame was a $100 add on. I don't think they were trying to rip me off. Just poorly communicated in the product description. The customer service was good, and they helped me with the design & layout for free.

Easy to work with. Great product. Wont be using our sign for a few months so hopefully it withstands the weather in Pennsylvania.

Arrived very late and damaged. Attributed delays to covid which is fine, but should have been packaged better. Handles are flimsy and shakey. Was happy with the communication after I enquired though.

Overall, really liked these products. However, one of our inserts needs to be replaced. It has wrinkles, and did not print straight on the page as can be seen in the pictures.

The banner itself is very nice however the time it arrived 2 days after the time it said it would. This would really put the consumer in a bind if a deadline was not met. Covid could be to blame since the product is coming from India.

My print you can tell printer ink streaks and in shipping the boards were damaged at the corners. Overall I will use them because I need them

The product was exactly what I needed and the print looked great. Shipping was a day later than what I paid for. I paid the highest shipping and was told that my shipment would arrive on Wednesday but I didn’t get it until Thursday

The posters that were printed looked great. However, throughout the whole buying process, I thought I was buying the actual sign frame, since you had a picture of JUST THE FRAME! Very deceiving and in my opinion, false advertising for sure.

For some reason my dad has always wanted an inflatable tube guy and this year I decided to finally buy him not just one but two. He loves it! He was so surprised when he discovered them in the back yard.

Thought it comes with the hardware but only the vinyl print. Be careful when you buy it. Awesome quality and patient staffs though!!

I had a great experience working with Banner Buzz and their team that verifies quality printed images. I had uploaded several non high resolution photos and they were on top of it, letting me know about the problems and how they would not recommend using those images. Once we got the right resolution images in their, they expedited my shipping so I would receive my order in time. The end result was phenomenal. We have used a already purchased adjustable stand and only got printed the banner. The stand size was given when placed the order however the banner was too long touching and folding on the floor. we had to fold it back. The customer service was excellent and the product arrived earlier then predicted.

Banner came out very nice and nice thick screen, so it seems like it will last longer. Also, the graphic team was very patient and helpful and trying to get the fonts to come out the right size. Very pleased on how this turn out.

This was a rush order to be delivered to our hotel in Vegas for a trade show. The turnaround on the design was slow. They missed a bunch of copy the first time around and kept pushing my delivery date out until it was too late. All my other orders went real smooth and quick so I was counting on you to come thru. Really gets old trying to communicate with people I cannot understand on the phone. Sometimes I get lucky and get Americans on the phone. But the East Indians are really tough to understand. Ordered 2 roll up banners and loved them both. Wish one had been a deeper green on the artwork more like our brochures but that is something we didn't catch in the reviewing of the proof process. Very pleased and the banners arrived an entire week before they were expected! Great job and will def be using again!
